A Lancaster man died after he was hit by a tractor trailer in Fairfield County. Officials with the Highway Patrol say the pedestrian, 51-year-old Brian Farley, walked into the path of a tractor trailer that was eastbound on US 33 just after 3:30 a.m., Saturday.
Authorities say Farley was not wearing reflective clothing and that alcohol/drugs are not believed to be factors.
The incident remains under investigation.
